"We had a great stay at Villanova. The property is stunning and the staff is very lovely and friendly - special grazie for the breakfast ladies, and the 2 Davide (reception and shuttle). The room was big and clean. The breakfast buffet was tasty with local products. The pool area is great to relax after a day in busy Cinque Terre. Good shuttle and taxi service, the property is not super far from the Levanto train station (20 min walk and 5 min via car). I will recommend to my friends and family...

"Amenities were good. Great breakfast. Noisy next to train track but we knew about the location. One star because during check in, the staff tried to trick us into paying extra 25euro to upgrade to a different room in order to get 2 bath towels, even though we booked a room for 2 adults. We ended up getting 2 towels anyways but it was very dishonest of them to say we had to upgrade in order to get two towels we should have gotten instead of one. "

I would definitely recomment not to live in cinque Terre but stay here instead. 10 min from train station and the trains leave 3 times per hour to the villages in Cinque Terre. 20 min to the beach but an easy walk. In Levanto city it was busy and we loved the chill, calm and quiet Villa much more. The Villa was lovely with a nice outside area, a pool, lot of olive trees and a vineyard. The staff was sooo friendly and serviceminded and took their time to talk to...

The address reads as Via Carattino,5 and states the front desk is open 2-5PM and that staff will greet guests on arrival. #5 Via Carattino is actually a business that has been closed for 2 years and no one greeted us. "The property is cozy away from all the crowds of 5 terre! Just want to highlight that the property is not technically on the 5 villages. It’s in a nice small village a bus ride away from the train station. The buses are usually every 45 minutes. If you want to stay away from all the crowds then it’s perfect otherwise the commute to the train station can be a pain. The property is owned and managed by a family and they are welcoming. "
