"Excellent and friendly staff, and fabulous breakfast, from eggs to pastries to designer coffees from 7am to 10:30am included in room cost!
Our room faced road so it was noisy when window was open. Staff was unaware of short route to huge mall in area - the directions were off. We walked less than 10 min to local all inclusive mall - superb choices from the usual to gourmet food to movies for a good price!
Taxi from hotel to airport was called for us and only cost 16 euros (without tip). Taxi...

Only downside to this hotel is lack of access from bolt/uber drivers to the hotel. This resulted is having to take our cases down to the town ourselves if we wanted to get a bolt. A local taxi would come but 3 time price. Felt the hotel could do more."

"You can’t beat the location. It’s central to all the neighborhoods in downtown Lisbon, main train line is just a 5 min walk, and it feels safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only thing that could have made it better would be a pool but that said, there’s not much time for poolside relaxing when you’re out touring the city. "
