"The staff is nice and helpful. The included breakfast was very good. My only complaint was the difficulty checking in at the front door. On Mondays the front desk was closed when we arrived. If I hadn't had a friend who spoke German and was able to obtain the code and assist me with entrance, it would have been very stressful."

For example, it was difficult to request more towels or toilet paper without waiting a few hours at a time. This could have been a cultural difference from how things are done in the states, but everyone was very friendly and hospitable otherwise."
