"We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Hillview House although we did not spend a great deal of time there as it was a pit stop before getting an early ferry the next day. The family room worked great for us as a family of 5. Plenty of space and all in the same room but the parents bed was across from the kids through an open alcove so we had a bit of peace. Katy was super helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. It was expensive for one night's stay so that is the only negative....

Breakfast was good, but not the greatest. For the bacon you'll need very strong teeth.
Coffee and tea is in urns, great if you like a very strong cup of tea. However, upon request a fresh cup will be made. All in all would definitely return."
