"We had an excellent stay at the Oberoi. All the staff were attentive and so sweet. From check in with Vindi who was so great at telling us all we needed to know. "Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "

"I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. "Lovely hotel with great facilities (pedalos, kayaks, sailing, big choice of pools and beaches) and good food. Set up well for families. We upgraded to all inclusive once there which made for a very stress free trip and meant we could do things like the beach bbq."
