"Reception was closed as instructed but there many way to feel you welcome. Switch on some lights out side and make sure the instructions are clear. Nice view and nice breakfast are all I can say were positive.
I would never recommend it to anyone."

"The room is spacious. Hotel reception puts us in a room far from the pub, which is quiet and comfortable. No air conditioning but I feel ok in June if the windows are open with the fan on. The only improvement is that the room should have a kettle for guests to make hot water. We have to go to the pub and ask for hot water every day, which is not convenient (also I think it may cause inconvenient to the pub owner too)"

"Stayed 4days/3 nights.Took some getting used to. 1st flr reception&restaurant are modern, but the rest was more medical than 'spa'. Not what we were expecting, so took time to appreciate. Rooms-simple, spacious,comfortable&very clean. Furniture in great shape. Bathroom had window to room reducing privacy. BUT you see balcony view, so appreciated the decision. "Pleasant suburban location with restaurants and banks etc close by. The rooms are clean and modern but have no air conditioning and consequently very hot (in summer). Drinking water, tea, coffee etc is provided free in a shared communal facility on each floor. The church (very nearby) chimes every half hour even during the night which for some disturbs sleep."

"This perfect, little quaint hotel is almost a hidden gem. The town Arlesheim (Dornach) is a small town just outside Basel. Easy transit getting here.
We were lucky to check in early and had a wonderful room overlooking the garden. The hotel manager and all the staff are very warm, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. "

They helped make phone calls where needed, let us store our luggage for a few hours, provided free water bottles, and were warm and friendly all throughout the stay. As a customer, you will also get a free public transportation pass for the duration of your stay. It was very helpful.
