"An older apartment, but with nice amenities and close to everything. The underground parking is a plus! There is no air conditioning in the apartment, which made it uncomfortable at night, but the managers promptly brought us 2 fans, which helped. They were prompt to reply with everything. The only suggestion would be to adjust the checkout time to noon, for example. 10:00 AM is very tight to get everything packed and cleared out. "This flat with a river review was an amazing place to stay with our daughter. Check in was easy, the place was clean and safe, and right next to the river. My daughter loved her loft. The sitting area was great to relax after a day climbing the Porto hills. Overall great experience."

The bathroom wall and door frame were separating from the floor. The shower door did not close properly so the water made the bath mat and floor wet. "Very nice and clean appartment very close (walking distance) to all the main things to see in Porto and also the Dom Luiz 1 bridge which you can cross to go to Villa nova de Gaia (Port caves). Bed was very comfortable, kitchenette has everything you need to cook simple things and they also provide with a parking spot in the garage! Just make sure to contact them before your arrival to arrange the parking. "
