"The hotel is located less than 10 minutes walk from the Gateway of India and the Taj Hotels. It is on a quiet road and appeared to be a nice safe area.
We booked a suite room, and it was well appointed. Lots of lights and mirrors everywhere, and had a bath tub which was very nice. Hot water was available at any time and we had only minor niggles which once reported were dealt with by the hotel swiftly.
We were left a nice welcome treat also, which was unexpected but fully appreciated, thank...

"The hotel is a really well located hotel that is smaller in size with excellent service at the front desk and restaurant. Theres also a brilliant rooftop bar and pool. The decor is more classic than modern which we didnt mind as we were very comfortable in the spacious rooms. Location on Marine Drive was excellent."

"Good location for exploring South Mumbai. Even though shower & toilet facilities are separate, they are clean with good water pressure in showers & hot water. Rooms are spacious and have tv. There is a cook who makes a good cup of chai. WiFi needs a new code every day and does not always work."

So this shows that there was no prior check done before providing the keys. After 3-4 attempts they somehow removed the water from fridge but the fridge did not work at all. My parents are old and I couldn’t keep their medication in the fridge. We spent at least 1 hr in this mess.
