But we were very disappointed when we saw our room, as we had paid extra for a mountain view room, there was construction in front of the hotel, which meant from our balcony we could not see the view (see photo 1). We complained at reception (I hate complaining and felt awkward having to do this) and were immediately offered a different room, without any question, which made me think that they must already know that the room did...

Great tea as well in the breakfast area. The pool was nice with various bubble features. Very comfortable beds, and nice views out on the room patio. The lounge chairs outside were nice to relax before setting off on the trails. "

Large restaurant & beer garden with tables assigned for hotel guests at breakfast which was good for social distancing. It would be great for kids too. Very cozy spot and a great value."
