"The staff here are excellent. They will go out of their way to assist you. We had rooms facing the ocean with big windows and the view is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet at night. The rooftop pool and bar are very nice. Pool is heated which is a rare find. The beach is only steps away. Location is good with many restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel did not have hot water and were not able to refund me for the stay at the time I left. I hope hotels.com is able to sort this out because not having hot water is unacceptable and disgraceful for a hotel that is supposed to be more than decent"

"gorgeous spot and view of the water. Lovely rooms, very clean and nice bathrooms (with shower and bathtub!). The pool is also nice. We didn't take breakfast, just some juice, and that was definitely overpriced (and not jugo natural). But the staff was also overall incredibly friendly and we had a great time."

"We had a great stay, front desk staff very helpful, location convenient to metro and Lastarria street activities. Cute balcony off the room and standard Chilean breakfast spread. We saw some people get eggs with breakfast, but we never knew getting them was an option—so not sure how they found that out! There is an “honesty bar” with some snacks and drinks for your convenience to use and just write your room down to be added to the bill. They let us stay and use the pool area until our flight...
