"We had a lovely stay at the Talbot. We had requested early check-in and were delighted when we arrived and the room was ready. Excellent friendly staff from restaurant, bar and the reception. Our room was a triple overlooking the river. We found the food great and enjoyed the swimming pool too. "

"Had a great weekend there with the family we stayed in a family room, the only downside to the weekend was the constant smell of a plant based drug which was not ideal with 3 small kids,nothing that the hotel could of done to stop this."

"Stayed for one night and now need an excuse to return there for more! Cathy is an excellent host. Friendly and attentive but also gives you your own space. The rooms are very well appointed (we had the opportunity to peek in all of the B&B rooms) and absolutely spotless. The breakfast and seating area is bright, spacious and airy but the pièce de résistance is the breakfast! Oh my… Vegan/Vegetarian/Coeliac? No problem? Everything served was delicious. Fresh fruit, fresh coffee, Avocado you name...
