"Fantastic family run hotel, the family were so friendly & couldn’t do enough for us. Arranged excursions at a much lower price than booking online. Very clean with a lovely roof terrace for food & drinks all reasonably priced. Air con was included with the room price. Lovely quiet pool area to sit & relax to enjoy the sun. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to the travertine’s & bars & restaurants but situated in a quiet location so no noise of an evening. "

"The good things first: the accommodation is very close to the entrance to the UNESCO site and having a balcony was really nice. The service was always very friendly. Unfortunately the faucet didn't work properly and the shower wasn't in quite good conditions either. The room had a fridge and a hot water kettle, the latter was in a very bad condition. Luckily the reception was very kind and lent us another one. Overall I think Pamukkale must be overran with tourists, maybe that's the reason for...
