"A nice hotel overall - GREAT food in my opinion. During the very hot week of 18 July the A/C in the lobby and inside restaurant area was not working which made it VERY warm at Reception and around the Bar area and in some of the hallways. However my personal room had good A/C and was very comfortable. There was a minor issue with hot water not being available for about 24 hours but did not impact me. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and they made the best of a challenging situation....
