The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. "Hotel is beautiful and breakfast was superb. But my room (106) was above a karaoke room so I needed to listen karaoke screaming until 11:45pm. That was unacceptable. I called to receptionist and she understood my complaint but I don’t understand in such a high quality hotel noone has thought that people value good night sleep quite high. And that is not possible in room 106 if there is karaoke party down stares."
