"The room was a bit tired but kept very clean. The bar staff at the pool were very friendly and accommodating, they are the best asset to the hotel. What was disappointing was that it was our 20th Wedding Anniversary and I had emailed ahead to the hotel prior to our stay hoping when we arrived there would be some acknowledgment but nothing. "
