No towels. Another guest said after 1800 it was necessary to go to the front desk for towels. No staff around for another 30 minutes. Several of the spa facilities were shutdown or not functioning. The whole reason I went to this hotel was that it was rated as 4 star!! It was far from a 3...

"This is a beautiful place. Gorgeous landscaping, plenty of places to sit or walk the trails. Very clean. We didn't like the shower in our room, and there were quite a few stairs to our elevator which was difficult with luggage. I really would have stayed longer if we could. The pool was nice and I had a good massage. "
