"This is a beautiful place. Gorgeous landscaping, plenty of places to sit or walk the trails. Very clean. We didn't like the shower in our room, and there were quite a few stairs to our elevator which was difficult with luggage. I really would have stayed longer if we could. The pool was nice and I had a good massage. "

The facilities and amenities are exceptional. It was a delight to explore the wonderful scenery and come back from a hike to a relaxing sauna session. "This hotel was probably very nice 30 or 40 years ago but quite tired. Staff is minimal and I waited for over 30 minutes to checkin. Then went down to use the spa at 1800 and no people were around. No towels. Another guest said after 1800 it was necessary to go to the front desk for towels. No staff around for another 30 minutes. Several of the spa facilities were shutdown or not functioning. The whole reason I went to this hotel was that it was rated as 4 star!! It was far from a 3...
