"We booked this in error thinking it was in Hanoi. But Hanoi is about hour taxi ride from there. Luckily, the hotel was brilliant and we visited the most beautiful Monastery high in mountains, beautiful lake and the stunning village where the clouds touch the buildings as it’s so high up , tam dao. These turned out to be our fav places !’
The hotel , staff, food, service is immaculate! Also have lovely outdoor pool and jacuzzi’.

"We booked this in error thinking it was in Hanoi. But Hanoi is about hour taxi ride from there. Luckily, the hotel was brilliant and we visited the most beautiful Monastery high in mountains, beautiful lake and the stunning village where the clouds touch the buildings as it’s so high up , tam dao. "예약 후 방문했음에도 불구하고 예약 확인이 안되어 30분 정도 기다릴수 밖에 없었고...
빌라에 도착했는데 청소중이라 바닥에는 물기가 그대로 있었으며 10분 넘게 또 기다릴수 밖에 없었습니다.
그리고 에어컨 내부 청결상태가 불량했고 침대 및 이불은 사용하기 싫을 정도였습니다.
좋은 위치, 풍경, 가격대의 고품질 빌라로써 개선을 했으면 좋겠네요"

"After driving through a typical Vietnam town we pulled up to the property and were amazed. The grounds are vast and full of sculptures any many available activities, including biking, boating, a zoo, an opera house , a chocolate museum, and several restaurants throughput the property. At check-in we were greeted by a wonderful staff that seemed even excited to meet us. Lan, Luong,and Huong couldn't have been nicer! The rest of the staff , even though our Vietnamese is limited to Google...
