"This is a beautiful spot - on the river, calm and palm fringed. The staff are friendly and helpful, we only had one night here, leaving early for the airport but would happily have stayed longer. Our room had a huge comfortable bed, a lovely ensuite bathroom and everything was clean and their own brand toiletries were lovely. There is also a cute shop with clothes by the owner's brand. Food was tasty and the swimming pool is stunning! Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Service and cleanliness was excellent. Staff are good. But for a 5-star they seemed lacking in some areas where they missed keeping the snacks and beverages in the room as well lack of some important stuff required for a hotel stay.
Breakfast was good with good variety.
All restaurants and even room service closes at 10.30 pm which is a complete NO for a 5-star hotel"

Breakfast was biggest disappointment- more than enough variety but fruit poorly presented in tiny blocks that meant watermelon was mushy. Service definitely an area for improvement. No coordination between staff meant asking 3 times for a second coffee to get one and then no warm milk
