"Very nice hotel and spa, pleasant location for walking and exploring the villages in the area. Very good breakfast and restaurant for dinner, only thing missing is the option to have some lunch. I don’t speak French so at times it was a struggle but the staff are very helpful "

Our room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked a treat as the temperatures are in the low 30s. "Très déçu. Nous avions réservé une chambre categorie Exclusive à 188€ .Lors de notre arrivée on nous a signalé que nous étions surclassés. Ce qui n'est pas vrai puisque nous avons eu droit à une chambre exclusive mais en rdc donnant quasiment sur la route. Nous avons demandé s'il etait possible de nous donner une autre chambre, ce qui a été fait mais dans unf catégorie en dessous donc a un prix inferieur. Pas de geste commercial de fait et même pas pris la peine de nous demander le matin,...

"This is a great property that is nicely located to trams going right into Strasburg. Our only disappointment was not having a refrigerator or wine opener in our Junior Suite. I would let the wine opener slide at most places but Alsace is wine country and its almost a sin. We loved the pool and the fact they welcome pets for 15€ per night."

"Comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Strasbourg. We chose it because it is easy to get into Strasbourg either by car or public transport, and because it has Tesla chargers in the car park. Also found out the hotel has its own slow car charger which is free for guests but didn’t find out about this before we used the super
chargers! Only negative to the hotel is that the restaurant was closed for dinner on Saturday night due to lack of staff. Breakfast was very good though."
