"Selva Kumar was very helpful, all the staff very and helping us to save breakfast for the Sunday church mass after 10:30 , Room cleaning people injabth, Chizavanzin, Chingpi, and subhajit, and Jagatheesh very helpful with water and coffee and tea supplies, food was excellent, chefs were very nice and food was great"

"The room we were staying in had lot of noice due to some loading /unloading of material from trucks, we just couldn't sleep. We had complained about it the hotel staff and manager even on the first time but it was of no use, same loud & annoying noises came on the second day also. While checking out we complained about it the manager and asked for some compensation but sadly it was denied. Have a very bad impression about the hotel."

Roshan and Aman at the front desk were extremely professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. Chef Md. Noor Alam at Kebab Factory. Also, heartfelt appreciation to Gopi at the lounge for the wonderful hospitality and care. The entire team made the stay comfortable, seamless, and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting again soon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai."
