"pro: I like this property, I came here for so many years (before covid) and it is still my go-to hotel when I'm in Dessau to visit my family. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is ok.; the location, special all the parks are amazing; very safe con:you had to ask for cleaning solutions before entering the breakfast room, no social distance at all; restaurant is always booked, you have to make reservations days in advance?! "The location is perfect right next to the main station. My room had a small balcony and an excellent view. The location does produce noise due to the trains but with some ear plugs I slept very well. Breakfast is fantastic."

"When i arrived the room i was given was not as i had booked but the receptionist soon got that sorted. It could not be in a better place right by the main station and the focal point for the cities tram system. The room was excellent and the buffet breakfast was fine. I also liked that if you didn't want your room tidying every day it wasn't. All the staff i met were very helpful and friendly."

"My room was clean and comfortable. I had a view of the front of the hotel close to elevators which made me happy. The bathroom was spacious and had a shelf in the shower for my shampoo etc. Breakfast was very good with outdoor seating available. Outdoor space was open all day to sit and relax with a cool dring."
