"Great stay. Extremely helpful staff, comfortable, clean and modern rooms, lake views. Luxury feel but with an informal style meant always felt comfortable around the hotel and dining areas. Complimentary spa was fantastic and left feeling great. Saw some comments pre visit about sauna being small - can’t understand this from my perspective, you could fit a bus in there! 10/10 would stay again"

"It’s a newly opened hotel in a central location in Olsztyn. The food in a restaurant is great and staff was amazing. The carpark entrance situation is a bit unusual (getting your car to the carpark by lift) but given the location it was probably the best way to build it. Overall the hotel left very good impression. "
