"We had a lovely, exceptionally clean unit on the ground floor. It wasn't air conditioned as advertised on hotels.com but the lovely owner got us an extra fan which helped. Very comfortable bed. Has a little kitchen We were able to cook breakfast each morning and even put together a simple dinner one night. Would highly recommend this motel "

"Great hotel. On arrival I was upgraded to an Executive Studio on the upper level, with a jetted tub. Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower over the bath, well equipped kitchenette, easy parking, friendly host on reception. Good location close to the seashore and on the main road, but that does make it quite noisy if you have the balcony door open. So why the less than stellar rating? When I searched for a hotel in Nelson, I chose this property over a couple of others because the room...
