"This is a very classy & elegant hotel.The rooms are quite small, but extremely charming & very clean. We had a river view & it was exquisite!! The staff were mostly very pleasant & accommodating. "Pleasant suburban location with restaurants and banks etc close by. The rooms are clean and modern but have no air conditioning and consequently very hot (in summer). Drinking water, tea, coffee etc is provided free in a shared communal facility on each floor. The church (very nearby) chimes every half hour even during the night which for some disturbs sleep."

" Our room was clean and comfortable BUT it was very hot and we couldn’t turn the temperature down. We slept with the window open which helped a bit but it was then very loud with outside noise. That was the only negative. The staff was excellent as was the breakfast. "

"Room was very nice .. just lacked AC like all hotels in Switzerland so was hot even with a small fan and tiny window open. The hotel was very conveniently located and the parking was reasonable (15 chf per night) in a lot nearby. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and very helpful. "
