"Booked this hotel at short notice just for a short 5 day rest with my wife and son. Very friendly staff and lovely clean hotel and gardens. Pool was very nice also and plenty of spare loungers. We really enjoyed our break and will definitely be staying again."

"Nice Hotel but is not 5 star . The food in the restaurant at night was awful as was the breakfast next day . It was cold and there were no name tags on the food so you have no idea what you are eating. Raised this with staff nobody was interested. "Wow couldn’t fault this hotel (apart from a windy pool as elevated but says a lot that even this couldn’t put me off returning!) Nothing was too much trouble. Staff a dream to deal with. Room was ready on arrival with gorgeous finishing touches like pillow spray, robes, slippers, welcome chocolates, water replaced everyday. Late check out organised with zero issues - so refreshing! Superb location minutes from shops, restaurants and the beach which is a great alternative to the pool. Outstanding...

"The check in process was very, very efficient. Quick, easy and hassle free. Reception staff were very professional and easy to talk to. We were a party of 18. I stayed in room 128 which was a studio with a sea view. I would highly recommend these suites, although the higher floors may be better to cut out some of the late night esplanade noise. The restaurant was fantastic. We stayed on a B & B basis, and the choice of food on offer was enough to satisfy all palates and food types/preferences....

"Hotel was in perfect location for the beach and strip, staff were lovely and food was great, only downside was the smart lifts, we ended up using the stairs a lot. Rooftop bar was lovely with spectacular views. Pool area was good with bar and lots of beds. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall, our stay was good. The open buffet is large with plenty of options, and the swimming pools are very clean. However, the rooms feel old and outdated and could use some renovation. Unfortunately, one thing that spoiled our experience was finding a cockroach in our room on the last night of our stay."
