"Big and clean rooms. Location! Location!
They have an excellent Bar, Coffee Shop so good.
The breakfast is included and was excellent. Many things walking distance. Rooftop pool was great for those hot days. "
"The hotel has nice, spacious rooms that are comfortable, though nothing special or luxurious. The pool is beautiful. The dinner is very good, but breakfast could be improved, especially the savory options, which are very limited, and only small selection of fruit. The staff is not very friendly and communication in English is difficult. The location is surrounded by lush vegetation, which is beautiful."
"From the start at reception to the restaurant staff and bellmen, all staff were friendly and helpful. The property is gorgeous. Rooms clean and spacious. Having the option to shower in the pool locker rooms after a visit to the Falls is an extra nice touch. "
"I found the staff around the hotel, mainly reception to be friendly, always smiled.
The staff in spa were lovely. I received a facial and a full body massage. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I wish I had name of lady who did both treatments, as she was lovely. "
"The lobby is super nice and so is the pool. My room was very spacious and had air con. However, the lights in my room would randomly turn off. It happened about three times. The bathroom was big, a little dated, but did the job. The breakfast buffet and restaurant had really good options. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel. Just bring lots of insect repellent as it’s covered by trees. "
"Exceptional. The property is gorgeous, a bit quaint but works with the “being in the jungle feel”. From walking around at night, to getting up for breakfast, it was all very good. Staff are attentive, and answer questions via WhatsApp.
We stayed at a 5 star hotel on the Brazil side but La Aldea was a better stay.
Gracias!"
