"Stayed here for our honeymoon and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! The room was huge, the spa areas and sauna are amazing and the 2 pools have absolutely breathtaking views! We knew breakfast was included but didn’t even realize we would be having 6 course meals for dinner every night and they were always delicious! The staff was so friendly and our absolute favorite part was the hiking trip with Regina that the hotel organized for us! She has some amazing stories and knows the area...

"Rezeption unwissend unfreundlich mann kommt sich als gast zweiter klassse vor.wir waren im appartementhaus gegenüberliegende strasse untergebracht .mussten nach badementeln für den spa bereich betteln,brötchenservice wurde verneint erst nach aufklärung meiner seite doch möglich. spitze auch bei der suche unseres zimmers auf karte 611 aber nur zweistellige zimmernr.dann nach ca 5min erschien eine dame von der rezeption um unser zimmer nochmals zu überprüfen aufklärung 611 Haus 6 app.11 HaHa...

The property itself was perfect and exactly what I wanted, quiet and so easy to reach many of the activities that I wanted to enjoy while there. Several excellent restaurants were walking distance from the property. Breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. An excellent stay, thank you!"

Assuming you have time left after skiiing, and rooms were comfortable… especially the view if you’re in the upper buildings. Love the traditional Bavarian atmosphere. Cons and reason for not giving 5-stars: -Several staff were not so pleasant when asking questions. -lack of flexibility for dinner seating (choose 6 or 8pm with no chance to adjust during your stay).
