"From before we arrived, the staff was very responsive and kind. The views from the hotel over Lake Batur and Mount Batur were stunning and the rooftop pool was heated for an evening swim. The water for the showers was nice and hot too. The only issue we ran into was the generator having some issues on our last morning that couldn’t be helped."

The restaurant has amazing food - I didn’t try the western cuisine but the Asian cuisine is delicious. I also appreciated that they had free shuttles into town 3 times a day. "
