"Location wise the listing showed 35 mins from the airport but its more like 1hours 30 mins from the airport. In the middle of nowhere and in a run-down neighborhood. We could see piles and piles of garbage from our hotel window!!
It's never fun to have cold shower 3 days in a row at 5 AM (coz I had appointments and got up early). Despite repeated complaints, the maintenance service did not fix the issue of hot water!!

"The property is lovely and the staff very helpful. They prepared a dinner for us because we arrived late in the day. I feel very comfortable and pampered here and we actually changed our other accommodation to stay here instead. Definitely recommend."

"The staff were super nice. Really accommodating. A lot of the rooms are really noisy with some ventilation equipment and kind of smelly. But it got all sorted out and it was nice. The pool on the roof is tiny not like the photos hence the four stars not five. Everything was good, but I thought it was presented as a nicer place on the Internet that it really was but it’s definitely a pleasant hotel and well worth the stay especially if you got a good deal. "

I asked this young male/boy if he has proper cleaning/disinfectant supplies for the bathroom, he showed me an old water bottle inside it is a blue liquid.

I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked. The breakfast buffet was very good for the price and the hotel was crowded which is a good sign. Average hotel but with excellent management and staff which makes up for...
