"The property is well situated, but that is the only reason to stay here and even then…. Maria at the front desk tries to help as best as she can and is always smiling which is very appreciative…. But she can’t save this place. The rooms are out dated and beds and pillows are not at all comfortable… the air conditioning is not strong and in some rooms don’t work. The bathrooms are awful, small outdated and smell like sewers… not sure they ever clean the floor drains… some bleach might help the...

"Tsamis Zante hotel was magnificent and their staff incredible. The staff was cordial, attentive, sweet kind and polite. The hotel our room were super clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and it was huge, the y provided everything you can think of. I also liked the fact that we had the options of a few pools and the ocean. If I can give more stars to Tsamis I would give infinity. Also booked a deep tissue massage which the masseuse nailed the amount of pressure I wanted. I was thrilled...

"Lovely family run hotel. We enjoyed the food which was freshly made and locally sourced (most of the ingredients home grown!) The pool area was really nice and very quiet, even in peak season, and the small beach which was a short walk away was perfect. Car hire from the hotel was a really plus too. Would definitely recommend to people wanting a quieter stay in Zakynthos. "

"It's difficult to articulate. Brilliant, wonderful, amazing, excellent, get me a thesaurus just to add to this list. From the second we arrived until the second we left the staff were there to make sure that we were looked after and happy. They quite literally can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and have everything. Nespresso machine, toiletries, sewing kit, bonnet de douche and little unexpected extras. We were fortunate enough to have booked the swim up room with a private plunge...
