"The building is in a very busy, noisy and rundown area of the city. Common areas are outdated and in a dire need of an upgrade, although the restaurant is acceptable. I booked a Club Room which was spacious, but the furniture was old. The mattress was worn out and way too soft, the bedsheets were thin from all the washing. The minifridge was leaking (this was fixed on the first day) but did not cool at all. The AC is way too loud but the room gets hot quickly if you turn it off, so you can't...

"Good location, which is a 5-min walk from the South End Circle metro station. Overall stay was good. The staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet spread was good. The spa and swimming pool was closed for renovation, which should have been mentioned on the website. The gym facilities were okay but could be better for a five-star hotel."

"The property is secure by guards in front of the gate. The restaurant is nice since it gives you the option of eating what you like by choosing from available buffet. The price is affordable. I like the SPA and the steam bath. The swimming pool and the gym was very nice."
