Precisa mais atenção na comunicação com o hóspede, tive problema com o check-in online e não consegui contato nos números informados para auxílio nesse caso. O problema foi resolvido chegando ao flat.
Sugiro também a troca das cadeiras da mesa de jantar, difícil trabalhar nelas, sua estrutura é extremamente frágil, o encosto não é firme. Para quem precisar trabalhar vai ter dificuldade.
