Hotels with a Pool in Ban Thi

"The hotel seems understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance. The receptionist that was working when we checked in (around 7pm) seemed like the only staff on site. On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport so expect to hear airplanes from around 7am-1am."

"There were some stains on the sheets but that was the same with all the other hotels we stayed in. The employees were super kind and helpful. Other then the sheets everything was clean and the pool and gym were very nice. The area surrounding the hotel is super nice, it’s within walking distance of so many things and right next to a big mall. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others. "
