It is really cold as it is on top of a mountain with no central heating, they did accomodate and provide us with space heaters. The food is amazing, i would highly recommend their hot cocoa and their chicken soup, their complimentery breakfast is also really good. The staff is friendly and gracious, they did provide us with horse back riding, pictures with farm animals a lama, cow,...
