"A beautiful hotel with stunning mountain views. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a lovely cabin vibe to it. I would say the interior definitely needs a refurbishment as it’s very dated, also air conditioning would be amazing as it’s so hot in the summer. Although dated, it does give it some charm. Overall a good stay!"

"We were delighted with our stay at Hotel Neuhausl. I would stay there again if I returned to Berchtesgaden. I used the swimming pool multiple times for my first swimming in years. We ate there every dinner for our 4 day stay because the food was excellent, as were the prices and service. We visited Salzburg Austria and Konigsee. both only 30 minutes or less away. There was always a staff member available that spoke good English and they were helpful. "

"Had a great time. Nice, warm and cosy place. Bus stop is right next door and i found public transport very good. Breakfast was nice with lots of choices. Lovely view from our room window. Check out is 10 but we were given extra time so we could catch a bus. I would highly recommend this place away from the hustle and bustle of Salzburg but still very close."

"The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there.
