Experienced divers looking for a challenge will want to check out The Washing Machine. So called because of its twisting currents, which create challenging conditions that are great for thrill-seekers and scuba divers who want to push themselves. This is not a dive for beginners.
The currents here mean that this area near the Exuma Cays isn’t as popular with local wildlife, making it more of a spot for adventure than sightseeing. However, if you’re an advanced diving enthusiast looking for something different, make sure to check out this exciting Bahamas plunge.
