Plage d’Agadir is 10 km of powdery sand curving along the Atlantic coast. Supervised by lifeguards and offering tons of amenities, this is an excellent spot for a family beach day. Le Petit Train d’Agadir is a great way to get the whole family acquainted with the city. The charming blue-and-white road train functions like a hop-on, hop-off bus, stopping near the city’s main attractions and its major resorts.

Small children will especially enjoy the ride in the open-air cars, where they can watch the city and the coastline flying by. Le Petit Train operates daily from morning until late evening and runs on a 25-minute loop through the city center, passing about every 40 minutes.

Jardin Olhão is a calm oasis in the bustling city center. This public park is full of shady footpaths, blooming flowerbeds, and towering cacti and was named after Agadir’s twin city of Olhão in Portugal. Its design reflects a blend of Moroccan and Portuguese influences, with traditional tilework in the courtyards and Mediterranean flora native to both cities.

The park has lots of spaces for children to enjoy, including a playground, a skate park, and a small library stocked with LEGO bricks. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy a quiet meal together, relaxing on the grassy lawns.
