Walked in on.

I had room 418. There was a key given to a Latin couple, that enetered our room. Due to them double booking that room. I was naked getting ready to shower, when I was walked in on. The people at the front desk were so mean and nasty with their response. I was just like the front desk clerk upon check in. There was a tub problem, they came to check it out and before the incident i mentioned before. They were more focused on Looking for the problem at 11PM my rest was totally broken. I work 15 hr. Shifts. I asked for a room for the following night because I am homeless. I just need rest. And they refused the negotiation

We couldn't stay at that hotel, there was a lot of bad cigarette smell, we asked him to change us and they said that all the rooms were the same, so we decided to go to another hotel, we didn't use the reservation, I would like to know if you could refund my money?
