I was disappointed at first glance, but once inside I was impressed with the large comfy bed, good shower (water pressure), stylish marble tile throughout, responsive staff, reasonably close enough to major Sukhumvit nightlife (about a 20 to 30 min walk), and safe neighborhood despite looking very seedy and gritty. I will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Staff are warm and friendly. The team that runs the place is experienced and very professional, and even junior / newer staff staff are well trained. The cleaning team takes great pride in keeping the place very clean, and are cheerful - always a sign of good and kind management. It's an older building but renovated thoughtfully and kept in good order. Rooms are a good size. Among the no-frills options in the heart of the city, this is a really good option and highly recommended. Location is decent, about 10-12 mins walk to BTS station, with some excellent local food choices very close by the property.

The room was clean at first sight and on a daily basis the cleaning crew would stop by to clean as well. As for the location, it is perfectly situated in Bangkok City with major shopping malls and sightseeing areas close-by. Overall, highly recommended!
