The last time I was here I refunded becuase bugs and service . I returned for another stay at your property, hoping to give it a second chance after a less-than-ideal experience during my previous visit. Unfortunately, I was again disappointed—this time by several different issues.
During my most recent stay, the front desk experience was unprofessional. The staff member I interacted with was unclear and inappropriate in the way she explained and requested information. Additionally, I was surprised by the $30-per-night parking fee, especially considering that I am a disabled guest. This charge felt excessive and was not clearly disclosed in advance in the app.
The room itself also left much to be desired. It smelled strongly of marijuana, and both the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable. While I will say the breakfast was decent, the overall experience fell short of expectations.
