The hotel was a great stopover on a long trip. The room was clean and seemed to be newly renovated, the beds were comfortable and there was a new air-conditioner in the room. The night was very quiet. Check in was super quick and easy and there is a supermarket one minute walk away.

An absolute dump! IT'S NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS! We booked a twin single room, on arrival only one bed prepared. We waited for the other bed to be made up. Then noticed water all over the bathroom floor. THE TOILET LEAKED WATER. Obviously had been leaking before, hence the silastic around the bowl. Pity i didnt take photos to share. NUP! We got our refund, left there disgusted & drove another 600klms home. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Very poorly maintained facility. Disorganised management. Dirty towels left in bathroom after previous occupants decamped. Room fridge was in need of defrosting, freezer was totally clogged with ice. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Toilet roll up on high window ledge no holder. I'm short. Air conditioner not working properly. Open, used carton milk in fridge for our use. Room not very clean, found items under bed when checking we hadnt left anything behind. Staff complained about the about we had to pay as booked thru Wotif, said we should be paying more.

Damage evident to security screen and main wood door. New wood door also appeared to have sustained damage from attempted break-in since. Split across lock of same door and damage from attempt at jimming door open. Smoke detector missing. Curtain rail falling off wall and bent. Toilet ran all night. Toilet paper holder half fallen off wall. Remote for TV did not work.

The sleeping area a very reasonable size with plenty of room for baggage etc. Bathroom and shower area small. Dated but very clean. Overall adequate. Had lamb cutlets at the affiliated restaurant. They tasted stale and very tough so couldnt eat. From that experience would not recommend restaurant but motel was clean and adequate

As mentioned by many reviews, the property is very dated but it was clean and tidy and the staff friendly. My main issue was the air conditioner in room 3. Given we were in the depths of winter, a heater is definitely needed. When turning it on, it literally screamed and whined and there was no setting where it didn’t seem to do this. You had to raise your voices to talk over it. By the time we worked this out it was late and we had unpacked the car. So, to solve the issue and not have to change rooms, we put it on high heat and then turned it off so we could sleep. By morning it was very cold, but at least we could sleep.

Don't be fooled by the shabby exterior of the property, this motel provides all you need if you are wanting a clean, safe and quite place for one night. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I could access my room after hours and the room was clean and very comfortable. I'll stay there again.

On the positive it is actually relatively quiet and the bed was very clean and comfortable. Very accommodating of my furry companion. But the carpet and bathroom felt very dirty. And the staff were almost non existent. I’m not sure how I would’ve contacted them if I needed to, which was possible as a solo female traveller. A bit of customer device and extra deep cleaning would go a long way to improving this place.
