Quarto, comodidades, atendimento e café da manhã excelente dentro do que é proposto. Só vale salientar que não é um hotel com recepção, é um B&B, não identificado na faixada, demorei a compreender a localização, o atendente da padaria ao lado que me ajudou, pois a entrada é uma porta simples que parece ser um residencial. Ao entrar no hall me assustei por não ter nada, e nenhuma identificação também. Porem o anfitrião chegou assim que acionado e quando subimos ao quarto me tranquilizei vendo que estava ok. A cordialidade e gentileza do anfitrião fizeram qualquer mau impressão inicial desaparecer. Adorei a estadia e a localização é perfeita!

These rooms were perfect for our stay in Venice. Clean, spacious, and a great location in San Marco… a short walk to the sites but off the beaten path as well. And a special shout out to Andrew who was very accommodating to our late check-in and unexpected changes in plans. 10/10 would recommend!

This B & B was small but adequate. The location was pretty good but 3 flights of stairs to manage. Host was seen at breakfast but very nice and helpful. I had trouble with one of the 3 keys to get in. 5 minutes of struggling but finally got in. Need an additional motion light in upper courtyard. One small staircase, darkness and patrons leaving early with bags for flight equals a fall, pool of blood at the bottom and more out on street.

First of all, the ability to leave our bags prior to check in was perfect. We were hungry and moving around venice with luggage is tough. The rooms are a perfect size, not small not big just right. The unexpected wine greeting was a very nice touch at checkin. The breakfast was sooooo good. Better than going out to look for a spot. Made it very convenient to just go out and explore and only worry about lunch/dinner. Andrea and the gentleman i was in touch with after were very professional. Perfect Hosts. Thank you so much for getting our belongings to us in florence. You guys are life savers. Totally recommend this location. They are also in a very nice part of venice.

We were never provided the check-in details and showed up late (due to a plane issue) with almost no cell phone battery left and no idea how to get in. After contacting the property on WhatsApp we were given a 30 second lesson - wish we had the info ahead of time. The room was old. Right on the canal but you had to look out and down to see it. Because of all the water, there were a ton of mosquitos and we got eaten alive in the room. Breakfast was included but we did not take advantage of it. Location-wise, it was walkable to the rest of the city. A ton of stairs, but a lift chair you could use to take them up and down.

Pleasant stay in a perfect location

This place is in the perfect location…very close to St. Mark’s Square. The room was clean and decorated to add to the appeal of being in Venice but a little worn. There was plenty of storage for clothing. However, the bed was uncomfortable (the pillow was comfortable though), and the A/C did not cool well (it was very hot outside). The bathroom was clean and roomy with a decent size shower that had a nice rain shower head but just a small table to store things. They had a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. We had a canal view room, but we had to hang out the window to see it (it’s just the way the windows are situated above the canal). The owner/staff was very personable. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, 2 bottles of water, and coffee. They also offered free breakfast in our room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was lovely and one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The location is wonderful. Central to everything you want to see. The only downside for us was the 10 AM checkout time. It was just too early to be out.

Betjeningen ved modtagelsen var super. Utrolig venlig og behagelig pige, men det viste sig så, at morgenmad skulle indtages på værelset, hvilket er asocialt, når man rejser flere sammen (vi fik os skubbet sammen på eet værelse). Bestillingen af morgenmad skulle ske gennem en app. Altsammen yderst besværligt og tog vel 30-45 min. med konstant hjælp fra den unge dame. Morgenmadsseancen burde fremgå af beskrivelse og ligeledes kunne den ed fordel have været fremsendt som mail. TV'et kom aldrig til at virke, her skulle vistnok også downloades en app. Første gang vi boede på hotellet for 3-4 år siden var der normal morgenmadservering i fællesrum (som alle andre steder) og TV'et kunne tændes normalt. Det er ikke godt nok.
