8/10 Very good

Very clean and well done. Only one flight up. No front desk so needed to communicate with proprietor to get keypad code. They were not able to reply via the orbitz app so had to call, but couldn’t get through. Ultimately called orbitz and they got through. Once we connected we used WhatsApp and that worked well. Same code for hotel entry and room entry which seems unsafe. Also the external keypad very worn on the code numbers so really needs to be updated.

10/10 Exceptional

The property was clean and Erika checked in a few times to make sure that I was well taken care of. The room is located close but just far enough from the city centre allowing me explore other parts of Florence on my second trip. Check in was a breeze and again Erika was helpful ordering a taxi for my very early departure. Overall I would stay at this property again.
