Almost everything wa great, exceopt for one of the shorest toilets I've ever had in any motels nationwide. So low that for an older, taller person it was almost impossible to get up and off of without help. These should be replaced!

Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. Mun, Daughter and kids do a great job at looking after this place. Breakfast is included in the room booking, its just not listed, and it has good choices. No coffee in room but its available in the breakfast room all day. Good value stay.

Made reservations on line and received confirmation! Got to hotel and they had no rooms. I don’t know how that’s possible with a reservation and I’m a retired Marine and a biker that’s traveled more than most humans and never has a hotel over booked me. Not in 60 years! The woman at front desk was arrogant, rude, and a liar. I called her out on her lying so she threatened to call the cops on me. I was in parking lot trying to find another hotel nearby and none were available. I travel all day on a motorcycle to get there and she gave our rooms away to someone else because it was after midnight. We had no place to go or stay and this crazy lunatic kept telling us she was calling the cops. Nobody threatened her or swore at her or anything that would require the local PD. Yes we were upset who wouldn’t be after having no room and sleep in a parking lot after riding 10 hours. We all kept it professional except the super 8 desk person. I’m never staying at any super 8 hotel again.

Confused.

My plans changed during the trip and I did not require a 2nd nights stay. I chatted with the desk and she advised she would call the owner and let me know via text or call. No call or text came so I stopped back and was advised since I booked third party they could not credit or refund the 2nd night, even though I paid at the property and not through the app. It was and is confusing. The amenities were great. Lesson learned I guess......
