This was our 2nd booking with Unique. Everything was perfect—beautiful room, clean, comfortable. The housekeepers were so helpful and friendly. But the most significant part of our stay was the incredibly helpful reception staff. The day before our checkout, my husband had a medical emergency. The staff flew into action—they got an ambulance to rush him to the hospital. And then they made arrangements for me to stay in the same room for the entire time my husband was hospitalized. To do that they had to rearrange some other bookings. During the entire time of my husband’s hospitalization they were very solicitous of me, especially arranging for taxis to take me to the hospital. I am so grateful for their support. It was so scary being in a foreign country under the circumstances. They made it easier.

Location was top, in the heart of brera, most charming neighborhood of Milan. Walkable from major attractions and restaurants around. The suite was very clean and comfortable, very big room with a v. big bathroom. Felt very safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling, and gave very good recos. All in all, amazing experience, I would definitely stay there again next time I’m visiting!

We checked in at the close by sister hotel. We were early, so we left our bags until we could check in. The staff was wonderful—very pleasant and helpful. The room was ready early. One of the staff walked us over to our hotel and carried our bags.

Enjoyed our stay. Our room was in the annex. Breakfast was kindly included in our stay so we made the short 2 minute walk to the main building. My one issue is with the keypad used to gain access from the street which didn’t work and required us to collect someone from the main hotel to open the door.

Everything great. Only marks against were the door to the apartments was quite tough to open. And I would say I wished there had been a bar of soap or some bath liquid near to the bath and also some lotion of some kind. But the apartment was beautiful, sleek and well maintained. Close to so much and the Brera area is wonderful. I would stay there again.

Outstanding stay. I was a little hesitant to book here based on some old and less positive reviews, but this is one of the best hotel stays we have had. The room was spacious and extremely well appointed with really great amenities included, that other hotels charge for. The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. Their arrangement with the Unique Hotel made check-in seamless and really simple and convenient. Located at the back of a small piazza it is super quiet and wonderfully close to the major sites and shopping. For the cost, I would not stay anywhere else in Milan. Outstanding!

The unique hotel was perfect for our stay. The location is close to get to Milano centrale and walk around the Brera area. The breakfast was great to start our day everyone in the dining area was very accommodating and even packed us a breakfast for our train out of Milan. All of the receptionist/Front Desk hotel staff to the cleaning crew were all very helpful in our check-in and moving rooms during the process and I would highly recommend anyone staying in Milan to check this place out!
