Additionally, the service in the bar and dining area was quite slow—ordering and being served took significantly longer than expected. On the morning of our departure, we attempted to have breakfast but waited over 15 minutes without any staff acknowledging us.
Furthermore, although I had prepaid through Hotels.com to receive Amex cash back, the front desk indicated the reservation was unpaid and ended up charging me more than the original booking rate. While the property itself is nice, these issues collectively contributed to my lower rating.
