My stay here was lovely bus serve in to flour town centre just across the road, bus service up to Tesco and a little shopping area that’s a 10 minute walk away , all the staff are fabulous, will definitely be coming back

Staff very welcoming and friendly but the place would benefit from a good clean and tidy up with some much needed general maintenance and TLC then it would be really nice. Floors need a good sweep and hoover in rooms and public areas to clear debris left from previous guests such as toenail clippings. The furniture in the room was grubby and tired and would benefit from a good wipe down, kettle was rusty. Bathroom was again in need of a good clean and general maintenance, no plug-in sink and toilet roll holder barely hanging on. I admittedly made no complaint during my stay as it was a very last minute booking that was under £40 for the night so put it down to experience.

Overall a good place to stay for a night. Guy at reception was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small but sufficient for an overnight stop. A bit noisy if you need to keep your window open on a hot night!

I like the fact that the staff are very friendly and they are always around when you need them , they will help you if you need to get some where and are very much update on things to to in Gloucester . These guys work so hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy there always on the go . I won’t be using any where else when I vist Gloucester again will definitely come back here .

Hotel needs a deep clean and renovation, room was dirty not cleaned at all only thing ok was the bedding was clean, showed 3 other rooms which all in the same state, eventually took a room which was a little better although I had to ask for it to be hoovered and I had to clean the room myself, we asked for a refund and was refused so we checked out in the morning

Cheap hotel which was okay for a couple nights stay. Room could have been cleaner, there are squished bugs on the walls and the carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered. There was an open sugar sachet in one of the drawers and the toilet is stained. Tea and coffee provided in the room which is a nice touch. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Charged £8 to park on arrival.The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.On entering our room there were no side tables for the bed, the Ariel to the telly was missing making it unusable, the only other furniture was a chest of drawers which was broken and not fit for purpose.
