Beautiful location, will definitely go again. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We saw deer close to the rooms, the location is great for enjoying the lake. Plenty of local eateries and places to explore. Close to Sharkarosa Zoo, which was great for the kids and definitely a great place to visit and show support. We didn't go out on the water due to the time of year, but they have rentals for boats, kayak's and Jet ski's and the beach along the way was fun for the kids. This would be a great spot for a couples romatic weekend, or a wedding venue too.. beautiful sunsets and sunrise. Lot's of fun trails to explore although we didnt get to explore as much as we would have like due to time constraints.

Very happy with our decision to stay here for two nights. The room felt like home and the view is to die for. The property is huge and has gorgeous trails right by the water. Will be staying here again in the future. Staff was very friendly and check in and out was fast. They are accommodating. Loved our stay here!

Walls are thin! We could hear the family staying next to us all night. From snoring, to babies crying and all other chit chat. We had a hard time sleeping and felt uncomfortable all night. The room layout was not planned out well if I could hear someone snoring right behind me. Would not stay again

The stay was over all good, but since it was 4th of July weekend we weren't informed we should make reservations for the beach sites and had to drove all the way around the lake due to the Isle du Bois Unit being at full capacity and only taking reservations.

The room had chiggers, and I had to go buy bug spray and spray the whole room, so I can could sleep. I have bites all over my body. The bed had long, dark female hairs on it and multiple dead bugs on under the comforter.

Absolutely nothing to do. Couldn’t even rent a (very overpriced) boat because the dock was out of commission. No restaurant on site. Nothing for anyone to do. I do not recommend this place at all!!

The view of the lake from the main building is beautiful, the area is quiet, in the middle of nature. In my particular opinion, it is a very wasted property; they do not have any restaurants or cafeterias and the rooms do not have kitchenettes, so if you want to eat something, you will have to go to town or buy food to heat in the microwave, since there was one in the room. The rooms can be noisy since the parking lot is right next to the rooms, and the noisy trucks that come in can be annoying. The only workers I saw were the two people who worked at the front desk, who were not friendly or attentive in their treatment. It is a nice place to camp but not to stay as a hotel, because it lacks all the services of one.

Beautiful location!! We haven’t even checked out and I am writing this review. My husband planned this for my birthday since all I wanted to do was relax and fish…and we did just that! The room was very cute and affordable. The staff was amazing..special shoutout to Marvin!! He was so helpful and made this experience everything! I noticed slight construction however that didn’t interfere with anything and just means that this place is going to be even more amazing when we return. Definitely coming back with the kiddos. CANT WAIT!

Great location. Great lobby area. Room price is OK. Rooms are confortable. Showers are too small. The hallways are very bright and the light gets into the room with no way to completely block it.
