great location just a few mins walk from Termini. U get all u need in the neighborhood, cafe supermarket restaurants. And 20-25mins to most of the attractions. The staffs are nice and helpful. Room is clean. The only thing I would complain is that it would become quite noisy in the early morning with driving trucks, etc so remember to bring along ear plugs. We had a pleasant stay at Amici Guesthouse.

入住四人房二晚，房價便宜，房間乾淨，燈光比較柔和昏暗。服務人員很親切，早上會準備早餐、咖啡，距離termini車站、巴士站很近，去各個景點很方便，可以走路到聖母大殿、羅馬競技場。

Soyons clairs. Ce n'est PAS un hôtel. C'est un appartement divisé en trois chambres et vous louez une de ces chambres. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour juste dormir, c'est un bon choix. Oubliez le luxe ou le confort des hôtels nor américains. On était 4 dans une petite chambre, c'était propre malgré que la salle de bain sent l'urine en permanence. La pommeau de douche n'est pas en bon état et l'eau sort de partout. Le réceptionniste est sympathique, même si il rentre pendant notre absence pour s'assurer que le climatiseur est éteint. Il n'y a pas quelques choses pour accrocher sur la porte pour dire " ne pas déranger" comme dans les hôtels. Je viens de dire ce n'est pas un hôtel. Bref, si vous comptez passer toute la journée à Rome et rentrer la nuit prendre une douche et dormir, allez y.

Everything was good in this hotel, it was clean and staff was nice, only things is that our room was flooded the first day and no one to call because it was late, the next day the staff member was on it and very polite, he cleaned right away! But overall very nice!

Good for quick stay.

Conveniently located by the central train station. There's a lift so that's a plus. The gentleman at the front desk allowed us to store the luggage in our room since we arrived early, the room wasn't clean yet and it was before checkin time anyway. The bathroom shower stall was a bit small and the glass shelf was dilodged which could have easily fell off and unto our feet.

The property is located on the 4th floor of an old building. There was no one at front desk and we rang the bell multiple times not knowing how to enter. The phone number was not working. After 5 mins or so, the manager opened the door and rudely asked us why we rang the bell multiple times. He was rude throughout and did not budge to show us how the keys operate. We figured that the phone number works on WhatsApp only. The room was small and suffocating. The area had no restaurants. It was the run down part of the city. Not recommended for families.
